I turned on the camera this morning and .... dead battery. I couldn't even take a single picture....so tomorrow will be the new beginning....

Changing Directions

As Dr. Doom on my Garmin would say when I go against his advised directions, "please wait while I consult my magic book." I have decided to change the direction of the blog to focus on my quest to live a healthier life and become a much better blogger.

The change will start tomorrow when I begin with my first food/workout post! Get ready to see me bust a move and a groove in the kitchen!!! :)
